GM Diet – Day Four (Bananas Soy Milkshake & Vegetable Soup)

Yesterday was amazing or say heavenly.I’m talking about the diet plan here.This time I had no trouble with sleep.The day went so well without any negativity.Tried out few nail art stuff, which eventually gave me another idea.Anyways lets move to the food!!!

Breakfast – Banana Soy Milk Shake + One Banana With Cinnamon Topping (Loved It!!)

Such a heavenly breakfast.BTW , I’m learning a lot from this diet.

Lunch & Dinner – Vegetable Soup.

My Version Of Vegetable Soup.

Things you will need :

Broad beans – 6

Normal beans  – 10

Peas – Half a cup

Tomato – 2

Ginger mashed

Garlic few pods crushed

Olive oil – 1 Tbsp

Ground pepper – 1 Tsp

Bay leaf – 1

Clove – 2

Cinnamon stick – 1

Mixed spice – 1 Tsp.


Steps :

Sauté the mashed ginger and crushed garlic in olive oil.

Add mixed spice , ground pepper , bay leaf , cinnamon stick and clove. Sauté them for 5 mins.

Add the veggies and sauté them for 3 mins.

Add salt to taste.

Add 2 cups of water and boil it for 20 mins in low, don’t forget to cover it with a lid.

Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick.


I was snacking on bananas and few glasses of soy milk.

Water – 8 Glasses.

Overall , day four was amazing! amazing! amazing!. So far lost around 4 kilograms / 8.8 pounds.

Today I’ll update you guys on day five too.
